1. The Service

BucksCountyHVACCost.com publishes cost-of-service information for HVAC replacement and installation in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and refers homeowners to independent, licensed HVAC contractors who serve the area. We are not an HVAC contractor. We do not perform installations, repairs, or any other licensed mechanical work. We do not employ HVAC technicians.

In plain English: Use this Site to research costs and request quotes. The contractors who reach out to you are separate companies. Any work you hire them to do is a contract between you and them — not between you and BucksCountyHVACCost.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a homeowner (or authorized representative of a homeowner) located in Pennsylvania to submit a quote request. By submitting the form, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

3. Lead Referral Process

When you submit our quote-request form or call our tracked phone number:

Your contact details are forwarded to up to three (3) licensed Pennsylvania HVAC contractors who serve your township.
Those contractors may contact you by phone, text, or email to discuss your project and provide a quote.
You are under no obligation to hire any contractor we refer.
We do not guarantee a specific number of responses, a specific response time, or that any particular contractor will be available.
Contractor selection is at our discretion based on township coverage, service availability, current capacity, and licensing status. We may rotate or change participating contractors at any time.

4. Cost Information — Important Disclaimer

The cost ranges, tables, brand pricing, permit fees, rebate amounts, and other figures on the Site are estimates compiled from publicly available data, contractor input, and 2026 market trends in the Bucks County area. They are provided for informational and planning purposes only. They are not a quote, a binding price, or a guarantee.

Actual project pricing depends on many factors that can only be evaluated at your home: square footage, ductwork condition, electrical capacity, accessibility, equipment availability, brand selection, permit and inspection requirements in your specific municipality, and current market conditions. Always rely on a written estimate from a licensed contractor — not the cost ranges on this Site — for budgeting and decision-making.

Utility rebates (PECO, PPL) and federal tax credits are subject to change without notice. Verify current eligibility and amounts with the utility, the IRS, or a tax professional before relying on them. We make no representation that you will qualify for any rebate or credit referenced on the Site.

5. No Endorsement or Warranty of Contractors

We screen referred contractors for active Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) registration and basic insurance, but referral does not constitute an endorsement, certification, or warranty of any contractor's work quality, pricing, scheduling reliability, or business practices. You are responsible for performing your own due diligence before signing any contract or making any payment. We recommend:

Independently verifying the contractor's PA HIC registration at the Pennsylvania Attorney General's website.
Requesting and reviewing a current Certificate of Insurance (general liability + workers' compensation).
Obtaining a written, itemized estimate before any work begins.
Reading recent reviews and checking BBB records.
Confirming permits will be pulled and inspections scheduled as part of the job.

6. Disputes With Contractors

If a dispute arises between you and a referred contractor — including disagreements over pricing, scope, scheduling, workmanship, warranty, or payment — that dispute is between you and the contractor. We are not a party to your agreement with the contractor and cannot mediate, arbitrate, or enforce that agreement. We will, however, consider feedback about contractor performance and may remove contractors from the referral pool based on patterns of complaints.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Site or any contact details obtained through it for unsolicited commercial messaging, telemarketing, or scraping for marketing lists.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SITE OR THE REFERRAL SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

12. Indemnification

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
